You know, I've been noticing a really interesting trend lately. Freelancers seem to be thriving while those looking for in-house positions are having a tough time. It's surprising because freelancing used to be considered riskier, but now it's like companies prefer it. Maybe it's because they see freelancers as a more affordable option. It's frustrating seeing companies respond to freelancers but not giving a chance to so many applying for in-house roles. Do you think the job market's just gone a bit crazy?
