Current process
The reporting team should place requested reports in a folder but due to bandwidth are not able to complete timely. Once they place information in the folder I email it to each individual contact
Flaw in current process
Due to bandwidth issues we don't get reporting out timely in some cases. Also having to email the reporting out is frustrating
