I think I'm getting taken advantage of. I got hired as a medical interpreter with an American company, thinking I'd have a steady paycheck. But turns out, they're paying me per minute of work, and I'm not even getting many calls. I'm stuck at my computer for eight hours a day, hoping for work, but the pay isn't adding up. And what's worse? My colleagues from Europe have guaranteed salaries for doing the same thing. It just doesn't feel fair. What should I do?
