There are a lot of people in Arkansas that need this money returned to them. And if half of them don't believe me, the state will just keep holding onto their funds drawing interest.
Current process
I try to provide full transparency allowing clients to see the accounts that they are due money from. There's really nothing I can do about the problem state office is causing me.
