I have such a problem with my industry not paying workers what they are worth. This is why they have such shortages in doctors, nurses, etc. It makes my job harder as a patient scheduler to have to hear the patients complain about not being able to see a doctor or get a new doctor but they are paying an arm and a leg for healthcare...
