Freelance property inspector

I have so many different companies that I work with every week. Each one has their own way of doing things. Some like to use text messages to notify me, some use email and some have an app. Some companies pay me by deposit straight to my bank, some pay by check and some use PayPal. It's a lot of Information for me to keep up with. If I had a magic wand I'd create a system that could keep track of everything for me and also help me with tax preparation at the end of the year.
