Problem: Online meetings lack effective non-verbal communication (e.g., body language), making it hard to show agreement or disagreement. This reduces engagement, especially in an era of remote meetings. Current solutions rely on visible expressions, which are often missed due to small screens. An ideal solution could be AI that analyzes and shares participants' body language indicators (like nods and smiles) to enhance engagement. Willingness to pay is uncertain due to feasibility concerns.

When you're on a call, it's infuriating dealing with the zoom or microsoft teams format because there's no way you can display agreement, disagreement, or any other form of non-verbal body language like you can in a real life meeting. I wish there was a way to communicate this on those platforms, given the screen is way too small to see these things on others through zoom or Teams meetings

Willing to pay for solution
Not really sure yet honestly, as I'm not even sure it's feasibly yet as an idea.

Current process
There must be some kind of way to better integrate body language (as opposed to just speech) into these platforms.

Flaw in current process
Body language is not incorporated into these online meeting settings.

Impact
This probably has high impact in general, as everyone goes to meetings remotely these days, and I think engagement remotely is at an all time low due to this.

Attempts at solving
Nothing yet really. I just try to display my body language as obviously as possible while on camera.

Ideal solution
Maybe some kind of AI scan of your demeanor, body language, and rate of things like head nodding, thumbs up, smiling, etc. that would be communicated visually to other participants in the meeting
