I map out my current day the evening before, writing lists and putting current work files on my desk to have a somewhat organized start. Checking my calendar and bring any calls or video calls I may have for that day.

I always start off with the best , my calendar full of what needs to be done, making lists, Etc. However my ADHD brain always seems to get in the way as well as the current household situation and others always seeming to need me at the moment, not respecting that I am actually working and they should not be interrupting me during that time.
