Current process
I map out my current day the evening before, writing lists and putting current work files on my desk to have a somewhat organized start. Checking my calendar and bring any calls or video calls I may have for that day.

Flaw in current process
I always start off with the best , my calendar full of what needs to be done, making lists, Etc. However my ADHD brain always seems to get in the way as well as the current household situation and others always seeming to need me at the moment, not respecting that I am actually working and they should not be interrupting me during that time.

I have is it lists, used time management apps, calendars, meditation and mindfulness apps, and even apps, blogs and posts helping me to maintain my ADHD and also how to separate business from personal while working in side my home with other family members that don't respect my time.
